You can use these animated avatars on forums and message boards.
Pick the avatar you would like to use, and right click on the avatar and choose Properties. Then copy and paste the URL to your forum control panel.

Please note - this is my avatar archive, unfortunately I do not have the time to make new ones but after repeated requests I have put these back online. If anyone wants to make avatars for this site then please contact us here.
