A three page typed document dated 29th January 1988 entitled Cancellation of Post-Marital Agreement and Acknowledgement Concerning Pre-Marital Property is for sale by Fraser's Autographs on www.ebay.co.uk for a staggering $2000 (US).

Part of the document says - The parties are married and are living together as husband and wife. Final night of Up For Grabs: Tears and tantrums
Posted: 14 July 2002

The final curtain fell on Madonna's West End theatre debut in Up For Grabs last night and LittleStar was there to witness the final performance of the sell-out show from the third row.
Jean-Paul Gaultier and Rupert Everett were sitting a few rows behind LittleStar.

When Madonna first appeared on the stage, the audience broke into applause which lasted several minutes, this seemed to unnerve Madonna, and when she finally began to speak her hands were shaking.
A great addition to this play is Loren's (Madonna's character) nervous snorty laugh, everytime she did this laugh the audience would giggle and Madonna seemed to enjoy this reaction.
At one point in the play when Loren is crunching on some Tic-Tacs, she seemed to crunch them for far too long, which made her stage-husband Tom Irwin laugh and then Madonna herself got the giggles.

The play turned into a pantomine at another point where Madonna began her line, and invited the audience to finish the line for her. When the audience shouted out the correct word Wealthy she responded with "So you are learning then?".

Madonna now sings in the play, it is a version of The Sound Of Music with new lyrics about Van Gogh and Jackson Pollock. Madonna got halfway through this song, and the audience presumed she had finished and so applauded. She stopped, and then tried to continue with the song while skipping across the stage, the audience laughed again. This time Madonna stopped, looked at the audience and shouted "Can I get on with the fucking play?". When she finally finished the song, the audience really went wild and people even gasped at how well it had been sung.

At the end of the play, many people in the audience rushed to the front of the stage, and the whole audience gave a standing ovation. As the applause went on and on, Madonna began to cry, you could actually see how touched she was at the reaction the audience were giving her. Madonna then went along the line of her cast-members and kissed and hugged each one in turn.

Madge en garde for Bond
Posted: 08 July 2002

From www.peoplenews.com
Madonna is to play a fencing instructor in the new James Bond film, Die Another Day. Madge's appearance – which is one scene – takes place in the Blades Club in London, and involves James Bond duelling with villain Gustav Graves, supervised by Madonna.
Her appearance is believed to be shorter than originally intended, with kinder reports suggesting that this is due to her hectic schedule. Some have speculated, though, that Madonna infuriated the film's director, Lee Tamahori, after she got ideas above her station and demanded that her lines be rewritten by her husband, Guy Ritchie.

Live and Let Guy....
Posted: 07 July 2002

From the Sunday Mirror:
The 43-year-old star has demanded the script is changed for her cameo in Die Another Day.
But it's proving to be a major headache for the production crew as she's insisted her husband Guy Ritchie rewrites it.
A source said: 'It's a major hassle. But at the end of the day, it is Madonna and whatever she says goes.'
Madonna, who also sings the film's theme tune, is due to start shooting scenes opposite 007 Pierce Brosnan and co-star Halle Berry today at Pinewood Studios.

One year ago today....A bad hair day!
Posted: 06 July 2002

On 06 July 2001 Madonna's Earl's Court concert didn't go exactly to plan.
During the Geisha segment of the Drowned World Tour, Madonna's jet-black wig slipped so she ripped it off.
Seeing the estactic reaction the audience gave to this act, Madonna then chose to rip off her wig during every other Drowned World Tour performance.

Madonna bans Sex
Posted: 03 July 2002

From www.peoplenews.com
It seems that Madonna is mellowing in her old age. The 42-year-old Queen of Pop has told publishers that she will not allow them to release a special tenth-anniversary edition of her notorious book, Sex.
Warner Books suggested to Madge that the erotic tome – that featured such luminaries as Naomi Campbell and Madonna's then-boyfriend Vanilla Ice – might be due a second lease of life and that some previously unseen pics could be included.
It seems, though, that Madonna was not so keen on the idea.
Says a source, 'She is married with two kids now, and she thought it wouldn't be the done thing – she more interested in shooting than bondage nowadays. And you shudder to think what Guy would say about the whole thing.'

Madonna arriving at Wyndham's Theatre on Saturday 29 June 2002 The biggest attraction in town!
Posted: 01 July 2002

Madonna is proving to be the biggest tourist attraction in London town at the moment. LittleStar witnessed the chaos on Saturday.
Large crowds of people gather when Madonna's limo is spotted drawing up outside the Wyndham's Theatre.
As Madonna's car pulls up onto the pavement the swarms of onlookers gather around the car and traffic in Charing Cross road is stopped for a few minutes.
One Madonna's bodyguards said: "Most people don't even realise why they are here, they just see a crowd and hang around to see what's happening!"
The moment is over far too quickly for most people, many are left saying.... Wow, she is so tiny!
